Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 356bet Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 356bet Platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors. 356bet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use a 356bet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 356bet does not permit access to its real-money services by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 356bet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 356bet Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

356bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible users will be suspended immediately and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access real-money services on 356bet, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 356bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

356bet reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 356bet account.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 356bet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction via all supported payment channels.
• Supported Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. 356bet may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.
• Identity Verification: 356bet may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly.
• Funds Ownership: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• No Interest: 356bet does not pay interest on account balances.

356bet reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your sole responsibility.

Section 5

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 356bet Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 356bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where expressly permitted under the specific rules for the relevant product or event.
• 356bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds, 356bet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per product category. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Winnings will be credited to your 356bet account balance upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times vary by sport and event type.

Specific rules for individual sports, casino games, bingo, slots, and other products are published within the relevant sections of the 356bet Platform and form part of these Terms.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

356bet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 356bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where 356bet determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional terms — 356bet reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to suspend the relevant account(s).
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 356bet Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to defraud 356bet or any other user of the Platform, including through collusion, match-fixing, or the use of automated betting software (bots).
• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system underlying the 356bet Platform.
• Transmitting any virus, malware, or other harmful code through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 356bet staff or other users.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the 356bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of 356bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 356bet Platform without the prior written consent of 356bet.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 356bet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• 356bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• In no event shall 356bet, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 356bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 356bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 356bet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 356bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 10

Privacy

356bet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

356bet implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 356bet cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Section 11

Responsible Gaming

356bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

Termination

356bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to 356bet) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

You may close your 356bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Section 14

Amendments

356bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 356bet Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
